DEBURRING EXPO, one of the most important trade fairs in the field of deburring and surface finishing, will take place from October 10 to 12, 2023 at the Karlsruhe Exhibition Center. plasotec GmbH will use this platform to present its latest developments and innovations in the field of surface technology.

Certificate - Renewable Energy
The plasotec GmbH continues to work on making its own future CO2 neutral.
From 2022 onwards, in addition to purchasing energy from the company's own photovoltaic system, which already accounts for 1/3 of the total electricity requirement, only electricity from renewable energies will be purchased.

Novelty – at DEBURRING EXPO 2021
Mr Weise from plasotec GmbH presented a new plasma polishing system to the visitors at this year's DEBURRING EXPO. This can be used for the processing of small assemblies in small quantities. The system is characterised by its small size and the associated mobility and flexibility. Electrical connection values of 400 volts / 16 A allow the use in almost all building environments.

Business development prize awarded by the Havelland district
On 7 October 2020, the economic development prize of the Havelland district was awarded for the 24th time.
The award ceremony took place in Ribbeck Castle. All prizes were endowed with 1000 Euros each.
In the category "Companies with up to 50 employees" plasotec GmbH was awarded the coveted prize.

Manufacturing Forum Berlin 2020
We were at the 4th Additive Manufacturing Forum Berlin 2020.
Managing Director Christian Kluchert presented our company and the electrolytic plasma polishing process as a completely new variant for the surface treatment of additive manufactured components.
Interested parties from all branches of industry showed great interest in reworking your printed parts.
First sample parts were handed over directly on site, further samples will follow through the contacts established.

We have won the surface prize 2018 in gold.
The award was presented at the Surface Technology in Stuttgart. The Frauenhofer Institute announces the award and makes the selection together with three jurors.

Polieren, Strukturieren, Messen Die Preisträger der »Oberfläche 2018« Berührungslos polieren im Tauchbad – ein innovatives Verfahren macht’s möglich. Für die Entwicklung der Technik wurde die plasotech GmbH auf der Messe SurfaceTechnology am 5. Juni mit dem ersten Preis im Technologie-Wettbewerb »Die Oberfläche« ausgezeichnet. Den zweiten Platz belegte das Unternehmen Gerhardi Kunststofftechnik GmbH mit einem neuen Verfahren zur Strukturierung galvanisierter Oberflächen mit Gerhardi StrukturChrom®. Den dritten Preis verlieh die Jury den Forschern vom Fraunhofer ITWM. Sie haben ein System zur Dickenmessung von Lackschichten mit Hilfe von Terahertz-Strahlung entwickelt, das geeignet ist für industrielle Anwendungen.
